I was born in Estonia in a family of musicians, so there was almost no doubt that I would become one too. I studied piano, first in Estonia and later in Vienna, where I stayed for many years. I recently moved back to Estonia and started to teach in the Estonian Music Academy.
My other big passion since childhood was ballet, but this dream did not come true! Instead, I discovered bikram yoga, which through its grace and elegance, is a kind of replacement for dancing. Teaching yoga has allowed me to travel across the world, opening so many new horizons.
Photography has always played an important role in my life, since I discovered my wanderlust more than 20 years ago. I discovered how rewarding and interesting it is to photograph people: each person can represent a whole universe. It's very humbling to know how vulnerable it can be in front of the lens, and I am always very grateful for this leap of trust! Every photoshoot is an adventure with endless possibilities, that fills me with big excitement.
